I don’t leave reviews often, but these people totally deserve some kudos. I ordered a chairlift for my mother who was moving into an apartment above my garage. I had spoken to 3 companies and this one just gave me a better feel for customer service so I went with them.
They installed the day they said , completed it quickly and it works great! Mom loves it!
It did have a small cut on the seat from unpacking it though. I called and they immediately ordered a new seat.
When they arrived to install the new seat, the two guys that came were so nice and kind to my mom that she told me they made her day 🙂
I am actually grateful they had to replace the seat because they gave a woman who has been losing her independence a smile.
These people treated her with the respect she deserves and their product is great!
I would highly recommend sunshine mobility to anyone.
