When we found Sunshine Mobility online through the OEM's website, we had to make a decision quickly to repair the stair lift we acquired through the purchase of our condo in SW Florida. We had only owned the condo for a short time, when the lift broke down. Sunshine's website made us feel comfortable to reach out. The outstanding customer experience delivered on the phone and during the repair call made us feel completely at ease and satisfied with our decision to hire their services. Never before have we had a repair technician from any industry take the time during evening hours to truly troubleshoot the situation and return our equipment to full use. I don’t leave reviews often, but these people totally deserve some kudos. I ordered a chairlift for my mother who was moving into an apartment above my garage. I had spoken to 3 companies and this one just gave me a better feel for customer service so I went with them. They installed the day they said , completed it quickly and it works great! Mom loves it! It did have a small cut on the seat from unpacking it though. I called and they immediately ordered a new seat. When they arrived to install the new seat, the two guys that came were so nice and kind to my mom that she told me they made her day 🙂 I am actually grateful they had to replace the seat because they gave a woman who has been losing her independence a smile. These people treated her with the respect she deserves and their product is great! I would highly recommend sunshine mobility to anyone.

Skip and his crew at Sunshine Mobility really followed through for us. I wasn't sure at first as there weren't too many reviews. Most of the people that are clients are older and that may be why. However, Skip, and his crew were great. There were some issues with shipment parts but, I had a special request for a platform, stairs, and an elevator. Even though there were issues with that I was kept informed. The crew came out multiple times to resolve on their own. They showed up when they said they would which was important to me. A very nice family friendly crew. They showed they were concerned, too. I would recommend them to anyone. They were also fair with the price and resolution, above others that came out.
